Product Description
This is a book full of geometry puzzles. It’s not a proper puzzle book, with brand new puzzles and carefully crafted solutions - you should buy Ed Southall and Vincent Pantaloni’s Geometry Snacks for that. All of these puzzles started life on twitter (@CShearer41) and although there are numerical answers in the book, twitter is still the best place to find full solutions. So you could scroll through twitter and find everything in this book for free - but if you don’t feel like doing that, here are 85 lovely geometry puzzles all in one place.
Catriona is a maths teacher who started drawing puzzles in the summer of 2018. Katharine is a designer at Gradino who first put this collection of 2018 puzzles together as a very thoughtful birthday present.
There are no new puzzles here - everything in this book appeared on Twitter at some point in 2018. All have been creatively solved in several ingenious ways by different people, and we’ve included the date each puzzle was posted in the hope that this will make it easier for you to find these solutions online, and add your own! For those times when you don’t have an internet connection, there are numerical answers at the back of the book.
Happy puzzling! If there’s a puzzle you particularly enjoy, or need a hint for, tweet me @CShearer41
