I bought this as part of my God son's Christmas gift. He's three and just starting to read. Also just starting to show an interest in books instead of baseball. I figured since he's a big Hulk fan that he would love the book. I was right. Best way to get a toddler interested in reading is to get a book on something they love.

My kid loves reading this book every night. It is a quick read and it covers a lot of content about the Hulk. The artwork is pretty good, and my kid is interested enough to want to read this book frequently. The book has also helped my son learn new words that he wouldn't normally encounter that makes him ask questions. (What kid doesn't ask questions?) It is a bonus that I don't mind reading it over and over and over and over....

Cute book but not well written. Its not written as a story, each page are just facts about the Hulk. My son is 4 and this didnt hold his attention. I made up a whole story to go with the pictures, nowits his favorite book.... I just have to remember the madeup story correctly each time lol

My little guy was SO excited to receive this book. It's awesome for a 4yr old superhero lover. Great photos, storyline not too short or too long, and incorporates many other additional villains and hero's. Good stuff

I'm not very happy with the chunks missing out of the bind and the fact that the corner was bent. I realize it's going to be a child's book but still at least they could have taken a bite out of it instead of it arriving like that. Also didn't find a way to complain to the seller.

Lacking story

It's a good quality hard backed Golden Book but the story is very lacking. My 5 year old likes it but it's basically just listing the villains the Hulk faces. Pretty boring.

Could have been a slightly better story, but not bad overall. I was looking for a golden book for my son that would be different from the typical Disney ones we already had and I found these. His father and I are huge comic and action hero fans, so this and the others like it are perfect. Not only do they intro the characters to him, but the villains as well. It lays the foundation nicely for when we let him start watching the movies. I think he'll be able to identify them much easier as he'll already be familiar with them from the books.
