What my headline says, this literally feels like the back of your head is in a pillow. I found the Quest to be front heavy like a lot of people, but that didn't bother me at all. What bothered me was the strap was hurting the back of my head a lot during sessions, especially when ducking, and keeping my head looking forward. That put a lot of pressure back there and after about 20 minutes my head would ache back there.
This amazing product really helps to support the back of your head and it also helps to take off some of the front heaviness of the Quest. I fell in love the moment I put this on and played a game. It feels like my head is surrounded by soft clouds and makes the Quest experience majorly better. Anyone who's buying a Quest should by this too, it's a much needed accessory and very cheap for it's quality. You'll thank yourself when you don't have to experience Back Head Pain from the horrible strap the Quest comes with. This is just a simple addon to existing strap and it's super easy to install. Not only all of what I said, but it also helps to feel more secure on your face so it doesn't shake around too much. Buy it, you really wont regret it.

This DOES work for Quest 2
This was meant to work with the Quest 2. You’re supposed to just use the straps on the three tips as illustrated in the second photo. It looks a little janky wearing yes but just doing this adds more support than the strap alone. I have found that by cutting a small square out of the middle of the bottom strap, as shown in the first photo, GREATLY improves the experience and is on par with the feel of the elite strap which I also use. This is a cheap way to fix the main problems with the included strap. Don’t let the other reviewers mistakes misinform you.

The regular headgear that comes with the Oculus 2 was loose and would slide down my head if I got too active. This addon padding makes the Oculus2 fit snug and comfortably enough that I am confident playing Beat Saber, Supernatural, and Pistol Whip. Ya know, the games I bought the O2 to play lol. I did have to modify very slightly. The back Velcro section is solid, and I cut the loop portion of the strap to fit around the crown strap on the original headgear.
A "must have" item for the Oculus 2 rig.
