- Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2020A book worthy for repeated readings to remind us of falling into thinking traps for convenience and the cultivation of mental models into our brian to look for creativity. Many of us think in instinct and look for quick decisions in face of problems. As in general, quick decisions look smarter, we will compromise scrutiny of root cause. Problems are not at face value, routine decisions are easy but do not work.

- Reviewed in the United States on October 17, 2021Patrick King's "Practical Intelligence" was a quick read for me. It had a smooth pace and flow. Although the author provided detailed information, there was no bibliography or reference page. In this book, the author gathered information about the human brain from what sources? Additionally, the examples in the book were unrealistic. Life would never be neatly wrapped up in a bow.

I couldn’t bring myself to read this, not because of content but because of horrible layout/typo design.
