    This product is so adorable and works just as expected. I wanted this to make it easier to release the steam and to avoid steam on my cabinets. It is definitely easier. There are many ways to open the valve and not hurt yourself. I do wish the holes were in his ears. They are on the side of his head but it’s not a big deal.
    I mass cook lots of meals in this on Sundays and haven’t noticed it to get hot. By the time I load the next meal, it’s cool to the touch.
    Easy to clean.

    I bought specifically for product description...to reduce steam on my cabinets. It worked great a few times then I noticed I could not get my Instant Pot to come to pressure. After messing with it for 30 minutes, I realized the cute little steam disperser was interfering with the pressure release valve. Once I removed it, the pot came to pressure within 2 minutes. IF I use this little guy, I put it on just before I do a manual release which seems to solve the pressure related problem.
