Fairly easy to install, but can be annoying if you have to cut it to a certain length if you don't have the right tools for it. I found that a pvc pipe cutter worked best.
We use this to hide the cables from our wall mounted baby monitor, and so far we haven't had any trouble preventing our toddlers from getting to the wires inside. They ignore it entirely!
Chose this for the screw in installation, as adhesives always damage the paint more than filling a small screw hole.
