I received my book today, overall I am very disappointed with how the book looks. I purchased a "New version" of the book and received a book that looks used. The cover is bent and is ripped at the top.

Be aware that you might not get the access code with this book if you rent it. I just needed the book so luckily I did not need the code that was already used. Book is in decent condition. It has had lots of love, that's for sure! But it works for what I needed which was the hard copy of the book.
