Happy with my purchase!
I bought these to gift to my 3 year old son for Christmas. After looking at many this seemed to have the best reviews and I am glad I bought these. He has not seen them yet but I took them out to test while he was napping. I have to say I am pretty impressed. They feel the same as my higher end adult binoculars and you can see pretty far with them. I was worried they would be to kidish and not have a good range but they do. We frequently get deer in the field behind our house so I am very excited to see his reaction with these as the adult ones are much to heavy for him to hold up. The tree in the picture is a good football field away and the picture doesn't do justice to how well everything looked through the binoculars. They are a pretty green color and perfect size for little hands. The right side does look a little warped around the lens but I had just taken it out of the box so I am sure that will fix itself plus even if it stayed that way, It did not affect being able to use. Not a problem so far. I am also happy they came with a lanyard type thing where you can where them around your neck but even if my son drops them I think these will hold up well. Happy with my purchase!

    I purchased these binoculars for my children to view all the birds through our back windows. We have been able to see cranes, spoonbills, and even some hummingbirds. These were very easy for the kids to use as they fit in their hands really well and the size adjustments works perfectly for all 3 of my children ages 5,7,and 9. They also work well for an adult! There is a case to keep them in and a lens’s cleaning cloth for all their little finger prints. The binoculars seem like they will hold up well and have an attached neck strap which really helps.     This is a great gift for the budding Bird Watcher. The great selection in colors was one of the reasons for my choosing this pair of Obuby Kids Binoculars. My granddaughter loves pink and being able to get the binoculars in that color was a home run. The drawstring bag for carrying in a pack and the pouch with belt loop for wearing on her belt during hikes are two more hits. She received her binoculars at night , the very next day she got up early to use them. She loves them and her enthusiasm has not waned since. I would recommend these binoculars for any child who loves to look at stars or nature. They are affordable and durable. They are also a good size for kids. If any more of my grandkids show an interest in birds or nature or the stars I will be purchasing them again.

    These binoculars are marketed for kids but they would also be great for adults. I bought them for my 6yr old nephew and my mom loved them and wants her own. They're nice and compact unlike most adult binoculars. They come with a neck strap and carrying case, feel sturdy and well made, and they are easy to use. My only critique is that the plastic/rubber at the eye area arrived bent because of the way they were packaged which I had to fix with a hairdryer.
