I've been using this same basic planner for probably five years now. Buy a new one every year, same company, same style. I've used it through three jobs, with varying types of appointments and schedules, and it's always been the perfect way to help me stay organized. I'm a paper calendar aficionado; I'll use Outlook if I have to, my family and I sync google calendars, but for work, I like having my calendar open, in front of me, on paper, on my desk (obviously I don't work remotely much).
This one does the job for the right price. I like the monthly and weekly views, lets me do a big overarching look at the month and schedule mini-appointments throughout the week as needed, which is perfect. Sometimes I use the weekly view more, sometimes the monthly, so I like having both.
I like that this is just simple, bare bones, at the end of the day, it's a calendar that doesn't purport to be more than it is. It will help you keep your dates straight. That's about that. And you can't ask for much more. Over 5+ years, never has one fallen apart prematurely, or lost pages, or had the binding come undone. The paper is heavy duty enough not to tear if you look at it wrong. The cover will survive spills. The month tabs don't rip off at the slightest tug. If you want simple, functional, and priced right, this is you calendar.
