Seen it before but I enjoyed it . No it’s not Warwick Davis but it’s still enjoyable . Plus the blu ray is 4.99 while the dvd is 6.99? Sign me up . Good snag for the collection .

    So... my roommate and I decided to marathon all of the leprechaun movies one weeks after watching first which was surprisingly good. They all had charm, some better then others but none worked as well as the first. Possibly cause it was like watching a Friends episode with witty well written dialog and fantastic delivery that also had some good old fashion horror. Or cause it actually had a story that wasn’t just “where’s me gold.”

    This one is the best sequel by far. The dialog was fun and witty, the kills were over the top and fun and the story wasn’t bad. Haha. The lack of Warwick is apparent but the new guy does a decent job. But also a very hard job the follow for sure. But the movies fun, actually laughed cause it was funny and not cause something was meant to be serious but fell entirely flat. The characters are functional adults with cliches instead of the usual dumb as bricks people I'm screaming at to not go up the stairs.

    I’d recommend it, especially if you’ve suffered through wwe version and need a palet clenser.

    I’ve seen all of the Leprechaun movies. I always thought the first one was the best, 2 & 3 aren’t too bad, 4 & Origins are the worst & the others are varying degrees of bad. Warwick Davis made the ones he was in entertaining though (except 4, even he couldn’t save that one). This one is supposed to be a direct sequel to the original with one original cast member returning & surprisingly it works. It has a lot of the same charm with the only downside being that Warwick Davis didn’t return to reprise his role. It’s got some funny moments, good amounts of gore & is honestly the best one in the series since the first. If you like the Leprechaun films at all then definitely check this one out as it might just surprise you. If future films in the series are like this one things may be looking up for this franchise, only thing that could make a sequel better is if they somehow get Warwick Davis to return as the Leprechaun. Special features on the Blu-ray are: Still Gallery, Behind the Scenes Footage & Going Green with Director Steven Kostanski.

    Very entertaining, the characters are not annoying, the effects are mostly practical, the movie is gory, The Leprechaun is finally made to look ghastly so they did a good job with the make up effects and unlike the Warwick Davis Leprechaun, this Lep goes easy on the ridiculous limericks so when he does do his quips they come off as clever and not eye-rolling bad. Basically a group of college students return to the same house, now dilapidated from the first movie to turn it into an eco friendly sorority project. There are guys in the movie too and they all do a good job. One of the girls is the daughter of Jennifer Anistons character from the first one and one of the main characters returns from the first movie.

    This one starts 25 years after the original leprechaun. He brought back to life naturally, so that he can do havoc again. He still looking for his gold, and it takes place at the same house from before where it was being turned into a sorority house. And even the character Ozzie was back from the first movie. I’d really hoped a lot for this one. I was disappointed because it just lacked something to me, but the other ones had. But it’s still worth seeing.

    takes place 25 years after the first movie, all subsequent movies are void, hence eliminating warwick davis...which is a shame. the comment from the leprechaun, ' i got better looking' so the movie did bring back ozzie to help out tory's (from leprechaun) daughter Lila ,The Leprechaun who has shell shock from the 80's returns once again, when a group of girls unwillingly awaken him, when they impede on the well he was buried in so that they can add pluming to a newly remodeled sorority house. RIP warwick' s Leprechaun.
