Update: still love! We have now had this bone for 3 months. It is still in great shape and the dogs still love it! We had to buy a second one to keep both dogs happy. It is chewed every day by a very aggressive chewer and it is holding up very well. No problem with chunks coming off or upset tummies. Absolute best I have ever seen for an aggressive chewer (talking to you, my pittie and lab friends!)
Original review: Love these bones!! I have super chewers in my house. They can destroy anything, including toys marketed to aggressive chewers, to the point where I am nervous leaving hard toys with them for fear they will chomp off chunks and swallow them. Flip side of problem - some of the few durable toys that will survive them and are safe are not interesting to them, including most flavored nylon or rubber bones.
Enter the BarkBone! We have used this is our house and purchased it for friends and everyone (dogs and humans) is a fan. The dogs go back to them every day. The constant chewing does wear them down slightly, but only very slightly. No large pieces come off so there is no worry about chunks, choking or $800 stomach surgeries. Love this product and will continue to purchase. PS - dogs we have tested it on are mixes of Pit Bull, Collie, German Shephard, Ridgeback, Boxer, Lab and Hound.

A good buy
Love this! It was inexpensive compared to other nylon bones. These are a great alternative to the nastiness of real bones. I only wish they were more enticing to my dog. He’s chewing on a real bone in the background of my photo here.He has chewed on this quite a bit in the few days I’ve had it. Usually he wants nothing to do with nylon bones. I’d buy this brand again.

It really does smell like peanut butter and is apparently intoxicating enough to my puppies that they refuse to put it down!! Lol The bone has recieved constant use amongst the 5 kids, so it isn't lasting as long as I would've preferred, but it has been a great purchase for sure! It's remained in tact as a whole, but has been worn down on the nubs in the last 24 hours. Additionally it neither stains the rug, nor does it have a super nasty smell like some chew bones/toys (again, it kind of smells like a PB sandwich lol) . It was a test trial so I only ordered one at first... The pups love it so much though that I have ordered enough for everyone to have their own. I guess I should probably purchase stock in these from here on out ;-)
