I have been using other gummies for my 7 year old the past year and I have tried different brands literally every time a container is gone. Most call for 2-3 gummies and the quantity is way less than 60. Chapter one calls for 1 and this one little gummy has worked wonders I notice the gigantic difference this Sunday which is the day when she has the most trouble sleeping because of the Monday Sacriessss! (I call them) The results were amazing she slept within 35 minutes of putting her in bed and most importantly she stayed in bed all night and did not wake up moody! With one little gummy!!! Amazing!! I am very thankful for this formula I will continue to buy after my 60 days.

    We bought these for our daughter for occasional use - mainly just when she has a hard time falling asleep. Each gummy is 2.5 mg of melatonin and we actually cut one in half and it still works great. If she is really struggling to fall asleep we give her the half gummy and after about 20 minutes she is fast asleep. My husband and I have both tried them as well and we are impressed. I used to take a 3mg tablet from another brand and I feel that these work faster. My husband has tried many brands of melatonin over the years and says they never work. He was very surprised at how quickly these helped him to feel tired. Now for my favorite part... These taste AMAZING! They have a really great berry taste and the gummy itself has a very soft texture compared to all the other gummy supplements I have taken. They are hand down the best tasting gummy supplement that I have had.

    I got these for my 14yo to help her w her anxiety and depression. I wanted her to have better quality sleep rather than toss and turn in bed letting the darkness deepen her thoughts.     HOWEVER.
    I took one one night thinking i might benefit from some good sleep as well. Oh mah gah. I was a blob of uselessness all the next day. I woke up in the morning ok, but passed out face down on the sofa mid morning, woke up bc i heard the door slam. Fell back to sleep. Woke up to eat, and passed out again in my bed. In fact, apparently, my son came over to me and shook me. When i opened my eyes, he asked me if i was ok. I said yes, why? And he said he thought i was dead. My SO said the same thing. He said that when he came home and found me facedown on the sofa, he thought something had happened to me. I was totally ok by the next day after that, but ok, apparently *I* do not need sleep aids. Duly noted.

    So, not for me. But 100% works for my daughter who needs it.

    My son (4yrs old) was fighting sleep at bedtime. He said he didn't like to close his eyes. He would get up and say he needed to use the bathroom and make up all kinds of excuses to get out of bed. Bedtime took hours and we were going crazy. My neighbor told me about these, and WOW. They have completely transformed our evenings. We give him his "nightamins" 15-20 minutes before getting into bed and he gets so sleepy and falls asleep in 5 minutes. They're a miracle. A couple caveats. One is that after a couple nights of taking a whole gummy before bed, he started waking in the night from bad or crazy dreams and even sleepwalking a couple times. I read more and learned that the most effective dose for kids and adults is less than 1mg. That dosage is patented and not available OTC. That is why all OTC melatonin is a higher dose than that. We cut the gummies in 3rds and he falls asleep just as quickly but does not sleepwalk or wake from dreams. He does report more intense / strange dreams than he used to but rarely has nightmares and he doesn't wake from them, just tells me in the morning. The bottle last 2-3x longer as well! The other thing is if he takes them but waits longer than 10-30 min to go to bed (depending how tired he was to begin with) he gets really weepy and easily upset. Like he might melt down if I tell him to brush his teeth before he gets in bed. So just some things to be aware of but overall these have been a gamechanger and my husband and I have our evenings back 🙏🏽
