Soft, Protective Film that Works! Phone Didn't Lose Touch Sensitivity!
I really like this screen protector. I have a Samsung Galaxy 9. The screen protector I had on before this was a hard shell, tempered glass and I lost so much of the touch sensitivity on my phone. It never seemed like it fit properly and I had a representative from a store put it on. I left it on because it was about $40 and figured after spending that much, I'd deal with it. After it cracked, I bought this and it's This so much better. You have to be careful putting it on. Watch the video and follow direction. If you get a few air bubbles, don't worry. You have the tool to get them out. I took my time and it went on after a couple of tries. Very glad I purchased this and there are 2 more in the package in case I ever need them!

    These are the neatest things I've seen in awhile. I've spent a solid $30 (not counting this) on protectors lately but they kept bubbling or popping off. I've never done a 'wet installation' before and I have to admit, I thought about boxing these back up and returning them after I watched the instructional video and saw how to install it. It just felt so wrong to spray water on my phone and leave it! But this protector is amazing. My screen has never been this responsive before. It is mostly anti-streak and the few air bubbled resolved themselves within 48 hrs except for one (and I can't see it unless the screen's turned off). It has a gummy kind of feel, but it isn't hard to adapt to. The instruction video was easy to follow and I just had to watch it once to follow. I don't know how well it'll protect against falls, but I love this protector so far and have been recommending them to folks already!

    I have only bought LK for the last five phones that I have purchased for my family, and twice for this phone I currently use. When you follow the instructions the screen protector goes on super easy and I have had no problems or complaints from anyone.
    Like with all film, it will raise on those curved edges after months and months of use. I have finally replaced my film after a year, but I went with LK again because it is the only one that goes on perfectly and I have no problems with.
    My only wish is that I would have got it on my phone sooner. I made the mistake of not putting one on when I first go the phone because of that dang curved screen on an S9, and I have scratches on the screen itself. If I would have discovered LK before I did that, I would have gotten this screen protector film on there from day one.

    -The protective film is a bit thin compared to other brands - almost the thickness of a thin piece of tape. Good for small micro scratch protection, but not for hard press scratches.
    -Too many needless steps to squeeze out the bubbles and too many tabs to peel, was very confusion following the video midway

    The product came very nicely packaged and was shipped on time. There is no instruction manual, instead you have to go online to see the instructions along with a step by step video. Here is where it gets confusing. There are just way too many steps and tabs that you need to rip off the screen. In the end you are left with a very ultra thin plastic adhere to your phone. After the frustration of watching the video towards the end, I just ignored the confusing explanations and pealed off the tabs that I see fit - so that the protective film is whats left, and then smear the bubbles away.

    I do like the materials that were provided to help prep the screen for an amazing clear finish. But I find the protective layer to be too thin compared to what I had used in the past for other phones. It will provide protection for minor scratches, not hard impact scratches.

    I've had a terrible time finding a good screen protector for my Galaxy S9. The tempered glass options that are available are all garbage. None of them fit right, none of them adhere well to the curved glass, and of the several I've tried, all have fallen off within days. The poor fit allows dust under the glass immediately. This screen protector is a different issue altogether! It's a thin film that curves with the glass, adhering right to the edge. It has the proper cutouts for the camera and sensors on the phone, it's smooth and glossy, and they have a great install video to show you exactly how to get it on right the first time. The lifetime warranty isn't hurting my feelings either. 3 come in a pack, so one pack took care of both my wife and I, with one to spare. I'm very pleased with this product!

    Got tired of that, so took it off and installed the second one. Lasted less than a month before a lower corner lifted (different corner).
    Installed third one today, nothing has lifted yet but it has a couple of bubbles, and kind of a line in the middle where the two halves of the agressive backing material are split.
    So - not very easy to get it on perfectly & invisibly, and have it STAY on.
    Touch screen works perfectly with it though.

    I am so disappointed in this purchase and angry because I waited longer than 30 days to try them out after purchasing, and now I'm unable to return them. The fact that you have to watch a video before installing should tell you all you need to know: installation is NOT easy or straightforward. There are like 15 steps, which I followed as best I could, but the labels for the FOUR different layers of plastic on the protector all come off and then I'm left not knowing which step I should be on or which piece of plastic I should be pressing down. In the end, my protector was full of bubbles that never went away. Also, I think having to wait any period of time after installation before you can use your phone is ridiculous, as I've never had to do that for a protector before.

    This protector is more like a thin layer of plastic, and I am very doubtful as to whether it would actually protect my phone. I've always used tempered glass protectors and thought that was what I was purchasing. So disappointed as I still have 2 more and no use for them.
