    Great chair for the price, pretty easy to assemble. Looks great too. The support on the back is great. It's able to lean all the way back. Can't really comment on long term durability but it seems fine so far. When I got the chair, two screws were missing but after contacting the seller they sent them out and got them within a few days. With the missing screws, I left the arm rest off until they came. Only complaint is the butt support is a bit thin but I had some memory foam available and cut a piece and put it under the cushion and now it's fine.

    I liked nothing about this chair and dislike everything. The biggest problem is that the part where you sit on is slanted downward at an angle like maybe 30-45 degrees and makes it very uncomfortable to sit on. I have an old office chair that I bought a long time ago and it is way more comfortable because THE SEAT DOES NOT SLANT DOWNWARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for making me waste money on this junk.

    Great quality for great price. Wasn't too happy with the pillows that came with it because they are clip-togrther kind and they managed to send me one that had three female clips and one male...
    Aka had to safety pin them in place.
    And the return policy/warranty they include in the box is absolute and total trash. Restocking fee, no shipping reimbursement, etc.

    So even if I'd felt inclined to get it replaced, it would've cost as much as just getting another one.

    First off, I tried to cancel this order to buy a different chair before it was "shipped", but it was shipped anyway. Oh well. When you buy a basement bargain, sometimes all you get is the basement. It was very easy to put together. The plastic cap covering the wheelbase was cracked, but I really don't care about that. From the pictures, it looked like it provided excellent lumbar support. The plushness of the lumbar pad in the pictures, as compared to the product I received, is literally over-inflated. I have lower back problems, so I specifically bought the chair because it looked like it provided adequate lumbar support. The description says the armrests "adjusts". The only adjustments that could be made are UP and DOWN. It counts to be a sizeable chair however I am 6' 3"; if I am to adjust the neck pillow comfortably, it pops off the back of the chair. So it goes.
