I really got taken in by these this week after someone gave me a sample packet of the KetoWorks. I ordered this and Rapid Fire since they were the similar in amount, contents and about the same price. I've never done instant coffee before and have been brewing coffee for a couple decades now, but the instant coffee thing isn't really off-putting to me, I'm not a coffee snob or anything. So this week for 3 days now I've done a comparison between these two brands and I personally find them to be almost identical, but I think there might be a really slight flavor lead with this one and it seems extra buttery to me. Please don't take away from my review that this one completely blows out the other in a flavor competition, I think it's almost the exact same as the other with just a slight edge. That said I'm now on my first ever subscription from amazon to this one for 5 bags/mo as of this morning.
As to the general workings of these to a diet, I think it's a great supplement to a lower calorie version of keto. It's not like these remove hunger completely or anything but I believe they have the ability to extend your already good diet during the downtimes. Especially if you already drink coffee anyway.
The taste of these keto coffees to me is roughly like if you added creamer only to a coffee, no sugar or its substitute.

Had high hopes for this product...but...ehhhh. They say can be mixed hot or cold, but if it leaves clumps with a vigorous stirring in hot water I don't see how you're going to mix it cold. With a blender yes. But who carries a blender around in their pocket. And to be honest, if you have to go to the trouble of blending it why not just make it fresh and avoid the extra cleanup? For me this wouldn't work away from home.
As far as taste? The taste was at best subpar black. I about gagged on my first sip. Had to add sweetener and creamer to get it down. What a shame. I really wanted to like this product.
The only good thing I see with this product is the price. At the time of this review it is under $15.
I'll just continue to make my own. Take 100 times better and even at this price point it's cheaper to do so.
