My wife ordered this mixer to replace a 12-year-old dollar store mixer that finally broke down. What a difference between this one and the old one. This one is more substantial looking, is much quieter, comes with more accessories, and is easier to clean.
In the past when my wife would say she was going to make mashed potatoes for dinner I would cringe, knowing that her old mixer would sound somewhat like a cross between a dentist drill and a jackhammer. This one, thankfully, is so much quieter. She has used it for several things and continues to like it.
It's not the fanciest mixer out there but it just works and works well. Recommended.

Turbo button stuck...

Had to use a wooden spoon. I am not happy by this experience. Did not even push it hard. Wondering if this has happened with anyone else.So changing my 5 star rating to 1 star. Should be 0 stars.
