    I wanted to watch a soccer tournament that was being advertised by Fanatiz. Since Fanatiz advertises "cancel anytime", I signed up for a full year. Then my troubles started. (1) Even though Fanatiz advertised the tournament, it was not airing all games. No explanation was given why it was advertised without any warn that not all games would be transmitted. (2) I cancelled the service, which I had paid for full year, and never received the refund. I contacted customer support and was pointed to the small prints in the agreement, where it reads "No refunds" - I told them that it was misleading propaganda, their response was "Sorry", and they kept my money. (3) I tried to delete my CC from the app, which was collected without my consent, for security reasons and also to avoid being charged for renews - the card cannot be deleted (and of course the agreement small prints says it). My conclusion is that this business lacks honesty and intentionally misleads customer. Be careful!
