I have purchased several glass protectors. They are solid but this one is not the same as the one I previously recieved which looks like the sales photo. This one is smaller and does not completely cover the phone like the last one. Who do I charge when my phone breaks because the protector was made smaller?

    This item was one of the more expensive screens available, but to protect a $700 phone, it's worth it. The protector went on quite easily and does not cause any touch/pressure issues with the screen. Also, there is no interference with the case protector I have on the phone.
    I had tried another screen protector. It was about 1/2 price of this one, plus I got two of the protectors. There was a reason they were half price, plus two in package. Both protectors were warped along the long axis. The one was so warped it was unusable. The other would go on but because it too was warped it never stuck to the edges of the phone properly. With in a few days the protector started popping off.
    When I installed the MagGlass protector it went right into place, held firm, and even though I've dropped my phone a couple times it has not come loose nor shifted. Been using for about 8 weeks, no issues.

    After reading mixed reviews, I decided to wait before writing a review. It has a limited lifetime warranty after all. Installation was easy, no dust, no bubbles, first-time simply worked. I was worried about that. I have a Tech21 case, I take my phone out daily for the wireless charger to work when I am at my work. No problems, not a one. No cracks, nothing. Simply works, fits perfectly. I can buy 4 of these for the price of the 1st one I originally bought through my wireless provider.

    It is a screen protector, it is supposed to break/protect my screen. I get it; I was shocked at how crappy the 'replacements' were from my provider. I finally went with different insurance and bought my own replacement protector (this one) and I am very happy with it.

    My usage is typical 'corporate' worker type user. When I buy a new phone, I will look at this brand/seller first.

    I spent a few days reading reviews and shopping around. I know, how crazy it is trying to pick one of these things out. I am very please with this one. Best regards.

The only complaint I have is that the plastic "guide" that's in the case and is supposed to be used to guide the screen protector onto the phone...it was too big. The screen protector fell through the guide.

    I read mixed reviews on this, but most were good so I took a chance on this one, and so far I'm more than satisfied. I've had protective screen covers on every smart phone I've had over the last decade, and the installation was always a big pain with my big fat fingers and lack of dexterity. On this one I followed the simple instructions and it literally took about 3 minutes from opening the package to being done. The guide was a genius idea - made it super simple, and I had no problems with dust or bubbles or anything - looks perfect.

    I'll edit my review later if it snaps off on a drop (which I saw a review or 2 that mentioned that), but I have my UAG "back case" that seems like it would hold it in nicely. This is my first experience with this type of screen protector.

    Oh, and like I read from other reviews there's a setting in the S9+ that's designed for use with screen protectors. I did notice a slight lack of sensitivity when I first put it on, but I changed the setting and I can't even tell there's a screen protector on this thing...

If you press too hard on it, it can make contact with the phone glass and create a temporary spot in that location. The second one however hovered further over the phone glass causing sensitivity issues even with the phone set to hi-sensitivity and the adhesive let loose after only a couple months. I'm going back to the non-glass protectors.

    August 25, 2018 update. Phone dropped 3 feet onto a tile floor. The Magglass shatered at the top and severl cracks down the length. No damage to the cell phone glass. I'd say that was a success.
