I accidentally bought a medium harness for my 10 week old labrador pup and was pleasantly surprised that we can use it! It fits a little off, but looks like it should fit great by next month. I would buy a small if I could do it again as my passed adult german short hair would have fit in the small size so the small would most likely fit the pup for a very long time. Maybe Ill update in 4-6 weeks about the fit when she actually has a neck in the measurement range.
That said, it is a fantastic harness. The quality is great. The fit does not interfere with her shoulders or legs. We got the purple and black- it looks fantastic. I love the placement of the leash loops and the back handle comes in handy with a frisky pup.
I would absolutely buy another harness in the future and am happy with my purchase.

Easy ON /OFF
There is an extra Lockable snap buckle around the neck. You can hook it up without putting it over the dogs head.
Also, if you have a dog that doesn't like lifting up their legs. You can leave it buckled at the neck to put on just because it's quicker that way, it's really nice being able to just click the buckles and take it off without having to lift up your dog's front legs, especially if it's wet outside or they are muddy.
No Pulling
The Front leash hook (D-ring), it is good for getting your dog to keep from pulling. If dogs pull, they end up turned around facing you, so they quickly learn to stop pulling.
(The Back D-ring, it is great for daily walking.
It's soft breathable non-toxic air mesh padded, pulling pressure is evenly distributed to the body to prevent Choking. )
Extra Lock Buckle
There is an extra Buckle around the neck, it is super easy to put on and take off ( no wrestling with getting it over dog’s head.) There also has an additional locking mechanism to make the clips securer so they don't unclip with excessive force.
4 Adjustable Slide Clips
This harness has 4 points of adjustment for a good fit. It has sturdy straps that had a lot of room to adjust its size to get to the perfect measure for your fur baby. It also can be easily adjusted to grow with your puppy from their middle months until adult sized.
Top Soft Padded Handle
The handle on top makes stopping an excited puppy a lot easier.
It is great for holding dogs still when needed and also amazing for pulling them when they try to run away.

Worth the buy
Great harness. Ran 10 miles with my dog in it, no hot spots and it fit really well. I especially like the handle in the back, makes it easy to help her over logs or control her close in large crowds. Easy to adjust. So far no issues.

We purchased this PoyPet harness from Amazon.com for Niele, our 5 year old, 23 lbs (10.5 kg) pug as a replacement for his current harness, which never fit very well.
This harness is super easy to adjust and put on. I’ve been looking for a harness that was both comfortable, practical, and fit well for almost 5 years. Our pug is a little bit bigger than the average, weighing about 23 lbs, with a big deep chest and very broad shoulders and a thick neck. So the normal pug-size stuff doesn’t fit, but the next size up for medium to large dogs doesn’t usually have enough adjust ability. We were using a cute little harness but the only way to get it to fit properly is to adjust it so that it is very loose and sloppy, which meant he could slip out of it very easily.
For our pug, PoyPet’s fitting chart recommended a size medium. I was able to adjust the harness easily, however the neck is on it’s very loosest position (as wide as it goes). However, I love the cut on the harness around the neck and the fact that the chest piece is short enough so that it doesn’t cut into our pug’s tummy when he sits and lays down. The padded areas on the back and chest of the harness are very comfortable. The most important thing is that the harness fits well enough to not slip around when Niele is walking, trotting or running. Also, it doesn’t bother him like the loose harness did. He doesn’t even seem to care that’s it’s on.
I was worried about the large clips/buckles on the harness interfering with Niele’s movement or comfort, but they are placed just perfectly to not interfere with movement or comfort. The other features of the harness that are useful are the handle on the back portion, which I’ve actually used twice in two days to pick up Niele in a pinch when he was off-leash, and the tough plastic d-rings on the back and the chest pieces. Niele’s previous harness had a metal d-ring, which was not only noisy with his ID tags on it, but was beginning to rust since we go out in the rain and water a lot.
The harness is made of a reflective material which makes finding a black pug in the dark very easy even without a flashlight! There is one recommendation I could make to PoyPet regarding their fitting chart. They may want to include a range of neck measurements just in case for dogs similar to ours that have pretty thick necks.
