- Durable (my phone fell out of my pocket while doing ~40mph on my motorcycle. Case was scuffed but no cracks or scratches on the phone. The case was fine too.)
- Convenient (I use the kickstand daily to watch videos and to help hold the phone one handed)

- None that come to mind after more than two years of using it daily

I liked this case so much that I bought it again after I snapped my kick stand off after years of abuse (I probably rolled over it in my sleep). Now that I got a new phone I looked for the same case and I am still happy with it. The kickstand is ridiculously useful. I can't go back to not having one.

The case is just what's essential in a case: protection without making phone use more difficult. The added kickstand is flimsy, but intentionally so. If it were brittle, it might break off of the case entirely. As built, however, the kickstand could fall off and then be put back on without permanent damage to the case. I have already dropped my phone a number of times with no damage to the phone. The case looks sleek. The ports on the bottom of the phone are great. The only issue I have, and this is unspecific to this case, is that the heart-rate sensor seems to have a harder time getting a solid read on me when the case is on. This would happen with any case, however, and the sensor still works generally.

Military grade protector for cell phone with very good design. The corner air bubbles are incredibly effective when the phone falls in the worst of angles (straight on one of the corners). Very sturdy material and convenient button access without losing protection. Very impressed with the design and after months of use it fell more times than I can remember on hard surfaces like sidewalks, concrete, granite flooring and the likes. Phone kept safe through it all and the cover itself does not show the misery I put it through, if you dont look closely you can't even see the markings from the falls.

The case looks great and definitely protects the phone while not making it overly bulky. The kickstand on the back definitely WORKS, but's not exactly the toughest thing on the case. I'm always careful with it because it just doesn't feel that strong, but it props the phone up well enough. It would be better if it had a locking mechanism, so when you pull it out, it locks into place and doesn't move until you unlock it. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the case.

I recently bought a Samsung S9 and this case. The case is a perfect fit and provides a great texture to the phone that makes it easy to hold and buttons easier to identify. Because of the shape of the S9, you will sometimes get unwanted taps on the phone. This is not due to the case but the design of the phone. My only concern is the stand in the back. It looks like if I apply a little too much pressure, it can dislodge the stand. The stand works only for the horizontal orientation of the phone . One is above 45 degrees and the other is below. There's no way to change this but it's good enough for my use. I cannot rate the durability at this time. Time will tell how durable this case is.

sticking with Spigen, this is the 3rd such product I buy, first was for an HTC phone years ago, second one was for an S7 edge (just replaced phone) and now bought this one for my S9 (not the plus).

fit and finish are superb. everything fits perfectly, the cutouts, the buttons and the phone itself fit snug and just tight enough so there's no jiggle and nothing is out of place. Charging and headphone ports are fully accessible.

I seem to notice some difference with the S7 case, however I think it's just a "memory" think since the S9 IS slightly smaller and lighter than the S7 edge.

the price for this product is GREAT (compared to Best Buy where it's advsertised at $35.00). There's ONE review at BB site that indicates problems with the kickstand. While it is a bit smaller (width-wise) than the one on the S7 case, I can't say it's more fragile. It's definitely not flimsy, it snaps into position when not in use, and the one on my S7 has never fallen off (the manufacturer clearly states that it may fall off if enough pressure is exerted, and you just re-insert it and you're back in business). My 6 y.o. has played with my S7 many times and uses the kickstand with videos and certain games, and has never even taken the kickstand off, so I really can't imagine how or what you'd have to do to "break" it.

definitely recommend, and will update this review if anything bad comes up, so far; I only have positive things to say about this case and Spigen.

I've dropped my phone on a number of occassions from various height, at various velocities and onto a variety of surfaces. No cracks. For that alone I am grateful.
Let's talk about the thought and engineering of the kickstand. It is flimsy. Not a dealbreaker. How strong does it really have to be to support a phone. The placement of said flimsy stand is the issue. It is oriented so that when you have the kickstand engaged you can't get to the volume buttons as the phone is resting on that side. Who thought this was a good idea. I know I can control the volume from the screen. But the idea that the kickstand blocks you from the two most important buttons while watching a movie is befuddling. Why.
Aside from that one major engineering oversight, the case is good at it's #1 job...drop protection.

I have been a fan of spigen for years and have bought number of their cases through the years and infact these were the first premium cases that i bought shifting from cheap silocone cases.

This case is awesome. It is very sturdy, fits snugly to your phone and the best part is the stand that it has built in. It is the best feauture of the case. And another best thing about this case is that is doesnot add lot of bulk to my phone. Only critique i have for this case is that the inside of this phone has a texture which leaver impression on my phone glass back maybe due to moisture but i can live with that and is definitely not a dealbreaker.

Ich habe die Hüllefür mein neues S9 gekauftda mir Smartphones doch ab und zu mal aus der Hand rutschen. Bisher kann ich folgendes beurteilen:

+ Macht einen stabilen Eindruck
+ die Ecken und der obere, als auch der untere Rand sind gut geschützt
+ sehr schöne Passform. Da wackelt nichts
+ Fingerprint ist gut zu erreichenund sehr einfach zu ertasten, sodass man nicht aus Versehen auf die Kamera tatscht
- die Hülle könnte etwas mehr Grip an der Rückseite vertragen
-+ da das Glas gewölbt ist, werde ich noch eine Panzerglasfolie mit anbringen, da es nicht ausreichend durch die Hüllegeschützt ist. Das hat jedoch den Grund, dass die Ränder nicht erreichbar wären. Hier sollte jeder selbst entscheiden, worauf er Wert legt. Allerdings wüsste ich keine bessere Lösung

Im großen und ganzen bin ich fürdiesen Preis sehr zufrieden. Da hatte ich für andere Modelle und von anderen Marken schon deutlicher schlechte Hüllen erhalten, welche auch noch über dem Preis lagen.

Fürmich eigentlich 4,5 Sterne, da es für mich eine Kleinigkeit zu ändern gäbe. Aber da ich bisher sehr zufrieden bin und ich noch nicht das Gefühl hatte mein Handywürdemir aus der Hand gleiten, gebe ich volle 5 Sterne
