Just gave my boards used this to annotate and revise high yield facts ! It has great tables-stuff you forget easily !! It desperately needs updating as it will become outdated soon. And they DO test you on latest stuff and you can get muddled if you learn from old diagnostics and therapeutics. If a new edition comes out it could be a great resource and I would highly recommend it for board prep.

Aced the NBME shelf exam with this. Gives you the most-tested questions on the shelf and another way of looking at Step 2 CK topics.

As a second year resident studying for the CFPC this is great for reviewing a wide variety of topics and hitting only the high yield points. Only thing missing is the detailed guidelines we'd use here in Canada.
