Editorial Reviews

Alien themed tech-death masters, Rings of Saturn arrive back on the scene with their fifth full-length studio album Gidim. Lucas Mann comments, "We always try to raise the bar with each album made. Gidim is a callback to Rings of Saturn's roots. The fan favorite parts of Dingir and Lugal Ki en have been considered for inclusion and expansion on Gidim." Gidim was recorded by Mann at Mann Studios with the exception of vocals, which were tracked by Mark Lewis of Audiohammer Studio and drums recorded by Marco "Lord Marco" Pitruzzella. Lewis also handled the mixing and mastering. The album includes guest performances from Dan Watson of Enterprise Earth, Charles Caswell of Berried Alive and Yo Onityan. The album artwork was created by Mark Cooper.

Hey, that's pretty good.

Hey, that's pretty good.
The album is really good, classic Rings of Saturn. But some reason my CD came without the booklet with the lyrics or, you know. The album art. Weird considering it hadn't been opened. Still a dope record

I was a little disappointed with the last album so I wasn’t sure what to expect with this one (it felt watered down to me). If you liked the third album this pretty much continues where that left off. It’s one of the most interesting creative technical metal albums I’ve heard in a long time and I’ve been listening to it every single day for about a month. Highly recommended

This whole album is phenomenal. Heavy. Experimental. Some songs have that retro 8bit sound. Every song is spectacular. Not skip a single song

Album was great. UPS of course made sure that my new album case was properly broken. I wish they hadn't shipped with UPS.
