    I bought this butterfly necklace for a gift and after reading other reviews I thought the color would be washed out and have a really flimsy chain. Mine is very beautiful with more color than I expected and the chain is typical for today and even heavier than I thought. All chains are very thin now and this one is not. It's kind of in the middle of the road but if you want to buy a heavier chain I would suggest doing so after seeing the chain first. You can't beat the price and it's way nicer than I thought and packaged very nicely.

    The butterfly necklace is very nice looking but the chain it’s connected to is pretty flimsy and extremely thin. My wife went to Macy’s and purchased a heavier chain and feels more secure about not losing it. If it weren’t for the cheap chain it came with I’d give it 5 stars. So be forewarned that if you purchase this do yourself a favor, get a heavier chain.
