- Reviewed in the United States on August 6, 2017Dr. Euclid Pythagoras takes five years of classroom experiences that originally started as statuses on Facebook and turns them into this fantastic book that is equal parts humor and commentary on the current state of the education system. When you aren't facepalming at some of the nonsense these young teenagers say, or laughing hysterically at Dr. Euclid's witty retorts and sarcasm, this short read will certainly make you think about the juxtaposition of today's typical classroom setting against students who have grown up in the digital age where electronics and social media are their lifeblood.
While there may be differing opinions on Dr. Euclid's teaching style and approach, what is clear throughout this book is his passion for teaching and his desire to see his students, as well as the education system, reach their full potential. I could not recommend this highly enough to teachers and students, current or former, parents, those with positions in the education system or even those just curious to get a glimpse of the more ridiculous side of the day-to-day in our classrooms. Enjoy!
- Reviewed in the United States on August 9, 2017This is a quick, easy read that almost anyone can enjoy. It had me laughing out loud and wanting to share the stories with those around me. The book is written in a well thought out sequence, where the author takes you through his short career, year by year, with lots of funny conversations sprinkled in. The amazing thing is, that it manages to be funny and thought provoking, all at the same time. This is a must read for any teacher, parent, or person who is interested in the future of America.

- Reviewed in the United States on April 5, 2018hilarious and nice flow. for someone who would not be able to deal with these daily situations, it is nice to see a teacher who is willing to be open about the stories and try to make light out of it ... in a sarcastic, humorous tone. this is perfect for teacher gifts, graduation gifts, gift exchange parties, or anyone who needs a good laugh.

5.0 out of 5 stars Funny and meaningful
Some of the things students said to this teacher made me laugh out loud. I realised teenagers still don't know a lot and are often cocky. The difference is that they have social media and phones.
