User Manual:

1.Open the mason jar,find the On/Off switch underneath the lid,and turn it on, the light will light up.(If in daytime, please coverd the top solar panel first!)
2.If the lights not bright, please put the lid under the sun for charging first.
3.Screw on the lid to the mason jar(tightening),hanging it anywhere you like,suggest under the direct sunlight.
4.Now please enjoy the lights, with remote, you can easy change the lighting modes which you want.


[Warm Noticed]:

The light will automatically turn ON/OFF by light sensor, the light will auto turn ON when the dark,and the light will turn OFF when the dawn.

The lights NOT Working in the daytime(or under other lights),if you want the lights light up in daytime, just need covered the solar panel(top of the lid).

    I love the LED String Fairy Star Firefly jar lid lights. I put the lights in mason jars that I bought separately at a local discount store and hung them on shepherd's hook along a pathway in my backyard. The effect was beautiful. All six jar lid lights worked very well. The light remained bright from sun set to sun rise. The light stayed on longer than expected, which was a nice surprise. Money well spent. I'm going to buy more of this LED jar lid lights and put them along the other side of my yard. Just remember to buy the mason jars separately. Plus I got my purchase in 2 days as promised. Very happy with this purchase.

    This is my second purchase of the Aobik solar jar lid string lights. Bought them last time (in Dec 2018 with the jars at that time) to hang on a weeping cherry for Christmas deco. Two of the units started to dim and failed to light after a couple of weeks even when moved and placed in full sun like the others in the set. Contacted the company by email and they sent out replacements. Good service.
    After Christmas I used them on the perimeter of my deck for ambiance. Stayed lit for most of the season. Three failed again and the tops had some rusting on them. I still have them and am using them daily in my harvest yard deco (in sunlight as needed) although now 5 failed. They are good while they last but be aware some may fail. I like them and purchased 2 more sets in November 2019 (12 caps with hangers only) to put on boarder stakes and refill my failed ones for the tree even though they have a year warrantee. ( They are still under warrantee) They are the regular size lids which I found screw onto pasta sauce jars (Classico brand) if you do not buy the mason jar sets which come with with the lids and hangers. The jar lids do not always keep the water out. I’ve seen a bit of moisture collecting in them while on the deck in the sumner and will open them up for a day in the sun to dry out. Overall pleased with them for my usage even with the few failed ones. I have rarely found good solars that last more than a year or two without being replaced. These are no different but the company replaced those which failed right away.
    Photo attached shows how they were placed on my weeping cherry tree which receives bright sun in an eastern/southern exposure daily and lighting up as dusk falls. Looks very pretty from the street.

    Emailed customer service to tell them about the failed caps and string lights and the failed ones were replaced within 2-3 days. Excellent customer service!!!! Stands behind their products.

    We have a small bed and breakfast in southwest FL and we're always looking for ways to enhance our outdoor lighting. These lights are more perfect that we imagined. Leave them out in the sun and they recharge beautifully. At night they look like fireflies in a jar.
    FYI-take one of the lights with you when you go to buy your mason jars. Not all jar mouths are the same, even the ones that supposedly fit the lights. We found that the larger quart size jars really show off the lights best.
    You may have to snap the lid shut as the screw on sometimes doesn't work. It's no big deal.

    I was very pleased with how easy these lids screwed onto the jars. They all worked the first time and were pretty bright even before the first time charging in the sun. I stretched out the lights and bent them in a zig zag pattern to fill in the empty space in the jar. They look like fireflies in the jar! I also chose to go with blue mason jars and love how they turned out. I’ve already shared this product with a couple of friends who want to do their own. It’s a much cheaper alternative to buying solar lanterns and you can make them unique to your style.

    This is the second set that I have purchased. I leave them on my deck all summer. They are so bright. They are GREAT. People ask me about them all the time. I had to buy another set because they rusted and wouldn't hold the solar charge. But that was after 2 years of use. Some of them still worked but I just wanted another set that looked nice. I hope I will be able to get them again in 2 years (or more)
