- Reviewed in the United States on September 16, 2024Watch this with a friend and prepare to laugh your butts off. It's such a stupid movie and cheap laughs that you cannot stop watching it. I have seen this movie at least a dozen times.

- Reviewed in the United States on May 5, 2015There were some decently funny scenes in this movie, but for the most part it was just kind of ridiculous. I kept hoping for something that would make me burst out laughing, but honestly, the funniest part of the movie was at the end when he was doing a shark voice-over. The humor was a little gross for a Happy Madison movie. I didn’t go into watching this movie with super high expectations, so it’s not like I was hugely disappointed. The characters were interesting enough, but overall all I can really say about this movie is that it was okay. I didn’t hate it, but I didn’t love it.
The plot, loosely, is that Steve Zahn has a nature show that used to be popular when his father hosted it and now the show is a joke. They go on the road to find bigfoot in order to save their show and shenanigans happen. I used Shenanigans on purpose because Favre (Super Troopers) is in it and he’s always great. Overall, if this movie is free somewhere then go ahead and watch it. There are some mildly amusing scenes but I wouldn’t pay for it..

5.0 out of 5 stars Funny Nature Commentaries...
I'm very pleased with the BD version of this film. It's Zone free too so it will play outside Nth America (Mine is a Zone B machine) The disc packaging was damaged on my copy when it arrived (but not through the shipping envelope) so it must have come off the shelf that way at the supplier - That was a bummer. Great film though - if you like Happy Madison films - give this one a go.

Anschauen lohnt sich. Ich weiß nicht wann ich zuletzt soviel gelacht habe. Gehört zu meinen Lieblingsfilmen. Der Preis ist total fair.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great film, very funny stonner comedy
I loved this film. Its quite qwerky. I love Bigfoot, and in this stonner comedy the lead characters dad has a programme on TV called Strange Wilderness it is a TV show about animals and their behaviour. The show is loved by the public, unfortunately the old man dies and his nerdy son takes over with his friends and proceed to make a complete hash out of the program as they have run out of ideas and do not know nothing about the animals they try and talk about. A Tv producer says they need a new idea or they will not get another chance and Strange Wilderness will stop production. They find a old man with a map to a place where he says there is a Bigfoot and they rush out in a RV to find the Hairy ape in a bid to save the show. Its a good film and the moment they found BiGfoot is very funny. If you like Pineapple Express and films like that you will love this.
