    So this is a pretty solid frame. Happy to report that it arrived without any damage whatsoever and was packaged very well. Came with a thick layer of bubble wrap inside of its own individual box. The issue I particularly had with it was more so with the glass. I'm a photographer and every so often sell framed prints to clients. Used this for a lower budget frame/print combo. The glass is pretty reflective which is expected at this price point... if you want to get rid of glare you can by tru vue museum glass but for 16x20 it's more expensive for the glass alone than the price of this frame. This wasn't a big issue at this price point... most standard frames will have this issue... what was most bothersome however with the frame I received was how smudged and dirty the glass was. I had to use a generous amount of cleaner and force to really get a clean looking glass on both sides. And even after all of that there was still some noticeable smudging in certain areas that didn't seem to want to go away. Again, not a huge deal, the glass also came in perfect condition, and after thorough cleaning was relatively smudge free. I do however wish I didn't have to do so in the first place. Overall however the frame is very solidly built and has some nice weight to it. I purchased a white painted frame so I can't tell if it's real wood or not however the weight indicates real wood and the frame didn't arrive with any paint chips. I would recommend so long as you don't mind putting in some elbow grease into cleaning out some of the smudges. Would have loved the glass to come with a protective film like other frames I've purchased in the past to help alleviate this.

    I did a pastel painting of a dog as a gift for someone. It was for Christmas, so by the time I got the frame I did not have much time left. I finished my painting and put it into the frame and it looked amazing. The shipping was well wrapped and there was no damage to what so ever. It came it two boxes, so I used the box that the frame came in and then put the painting back inside and wrapped it all around with the bubble wrap. It could not move around that way. Then I put it in the bigger box and put more bubble around it. I think it will arrive safely. I would buy definitely buy this again for my next commission.
