    When I first had lipo of my abdomen, I only wore my faja. 6 months later I had a revision and purchased this foam. These made all the difference! They absorb the pressure of the faja while helping to smooth the skin. I’ve read the horror stories of people who end up with permanent impressions in the abdomen from wearing jeans with buttons that press into their abdomen…slap these babies on and you’ll have no worries!

    One word of caution: make sure the foam stays in place when you pull up your compression garment. If the separate pieces of foam have a space between them, your body swells between the “cracks”…do this repeatedly and you could cause your skin to heal that way as your collagen begins forming. This isn’t a flaw of the foam, users must be knowledgeable in placement.

    I’ve purchased others that were a stronger type of foam. This one is very soft but flexible. I put this on my sides only while the stronger foam I use in the front. This one I would say is good for tighter fajas as it would be able to squeeze in perfectly.
