    These were a total waste of money. The silicone material was way too soft. It separated the toes but after putting your foot into the shoe it was like nothing was there. Toes still rubbed together. Also, they curled up when you put socks on over them and you had to reach inside the sock and try to straighten them out. Which was almost impossible. They were just way to soft in general to do any good.

I have "curly toe" of both 4th toes, this means nothing unless you've been diagnosed with this condition. My toes became very swollen and sore last winter.
