    As you would expect, they are on the cheaper side. The straws work fine, the umbrella is tied down with a rubber band. The band is easy to roll off, but the umbrella is hard to expand and on occasion I've broken some. Once you get them open, they tend to stay open.

    Instead of having straws and toothpicks, why not combine them? Honestly I am really happy I ordered these for our party and they held up just as well as one would hope. I don't think any of them broke or fell apart - even the umbrella parts. Easy to open and we were able to wash and recycle!
