Includes tracks from David Bowie, A Flock Of Seagulls, George Michael, The Clash, Marilyn Manson, Tyler Bates, Til Tuesday and many others. In 1989, on the eve of the collapse of the Berlin Wall and the shifting of superpower alliances, Lorraine Broughton, a top-level spy for MI6, is dispatched to Berlin to take down a ruthless espionage ring that has just killed an undercover agent for reasons unknown. She is ordered to cooperate with Berlin station chief David Percival, and the two form an uneasy alliance, unleashing their full arsenal of skills in pursuing a threat that jeopardizes the West's entire intelligence operation.

They even had a top 40 Eighties count down and I was woefully disappointed and had to shut if off by number sixteen ...
Recently I took a two-week 5,000 mile road trip across the country and back. In my rental car, I had opted for the satellite radio option because I knew I would be crossing wide open spaces and I didn't want to constantly be adjusting the radio to try and find a station. The main stations I listened to were Blend and Coffehouse. I tried the 80's station, but it really wasn't doing much for me. The songs were just not what I remembered listening to growing up in the Eighties. They even had a top 40 Eighties count down and I was woefully disappointed and had to shut if off by number sixteen or so as it just wasn't in my list of pop songs from the time. Where was my Journey, my Tom Petty, B52s, Devo, etc? At some point on the last leg of my journey, I switched back to the 80's station. Charlize Theron just happened to coming on as the guest DJ. She was talking about her new movie opening up, Atomic Blonde, and playing this soundtrack. I hadn't heard of this movie before, but as she described her feelings of each track and how it tied into the movie, she had me hooked. All the songs on this album comprise the epitome of the music of that period. The track Father Figure by George Michael seemed an odd choice for the epic fight scene which Charlize described. However, when I saw the movie, it was the perfect complement to the action. I love action movies and I love spy movies, so the combined theme was awesome. I bought this album after seeing the movie and I will be playing it often. I love the song 99 Luft Ballons and there are two versions of it on the album. Thank you Charlize for your DJ stint which brought this music to me.

Wow! This soundtrack is totally awesome! My favorites are Major Tom (Vollic Loscelost) by Peter Schilling, Blue Monday by Health, 99 Luftballons by Nena, Father Figure by George Michael, Der Kommissar by After The Fire, Cities In Dust by Siouxsie And The Banshees, The Politics Of Dancing by Re - flex, Stigmata by Marilyn Manson and Tyler Bates, I Ran (So Far Away) by A Flock Of Seagulls, and Voices Carry by 'til Tuesday. Every song on here is fantastic! Overall, it's a terrific album full of great '80's music! I'd highly recommend this!

The soundtrack to "Atomic Blonde" might be the best compilation soundtrack released so far this year, and yes, I loved the new "Awesome Mix" from Guardians of the Galaxy. The only things I wish the soundtrack would have included are the remastered "Blue Monday," "Personal Jesus" by Depache Mode and the German language version of "Der Kommisar." You can find those on the Spotify playlist (along with "Fight the Power" and numerous others) for the movie. It's a cool, fun 80's throwback with some German music mixed in as well as a new Marilyn Manson track. If this is your thing, get this soundtrack! I go to it quite a bit while driving and working.

One of the things that made this movie so enjoyable for me was the great blend of music, ranging from New Wave to 80s European Techno. Particularly during the pivotal action or dramatic scenes, the music made the scene all the more exhilarating and enjoyable. Now, listening to the music at home, the songs don't have as much meaning, but it is still a fantastic variety of music that will never go out of style!

Great movie soundtrack with great '90s songs! I watched the movie and had to buy the music. The Atomic Blonde soundtrack is the collection of songs that are in the movie. Unlike many soundtracks that have only the instrumental score or the "music inspired by," this is the music from the movie. I was familiar with all the tracks but not some of the versions, I think the tracks are most likely the European versions of the era and are not as well know in North America. I thoroughly enjoyed the Atomic Blonde soundtrack. I highly recommend this soundtrack to any audiophile collection!

This is an awesome soundtrack with recordings not necessarily confined to the 80's, there were several tracks Id never heard before and its so reflective of the mood of the film HOWEVER its also incomplete, there were many themes used on all the trailers including film tracks missing from the album, you can find these online but if you cant wait here are some missing tracks used across the film and promotion of the film:
    17. As Time Goes By - Dooley Wilson
    18. Atomic - Blondie
    19. I Ran (epic trailer version) - Hidden Citizens
    20. Immigrant Song - Led Zeppelin
    21. One Thing Leads To Another - The Fixx
    22. Black Skinhead - Kayne West
    23. Kack Zukunft - Ausschlag
    24. Song 2 - Blur
    25. Killer Queen - Queen
    26. Moonage Daydream - David Bowie
    27. Personal Jesus - Depeche Mode
    28. Under Pressure - David Bowie
    29. Hey Bulldog - The Beatles
    30. Behind The Wheel - Depeche Mode
    31. The Killing Moon - Echo And The Bunnymen
    32. Hungry Like The Wolf - Duran Duran
    33. Just Like Heaven - The Cure
    34. Blue Monday '88 - New Order
    35. Fight The Power - Public Enemy
    36. Poison - Alice Cooper

These are all available on Amazon digital for around £19.00 and worth every penny, you will have a pounding intense 36 track soundtrack to (nearly) all the music used in this future cult film and the quality is there through all 36 tracks. We should have a 'More Atomic Blonde Soundtrack' album like they did with Dirty Dancing but I doubt it, you will have to get these yourself to be a completest!

    シャーリーズセロンの映画の中で一番好きな映画が『アトミックブロンド』なのでサントラ盤も購入しました。一部本編で使われてた楽曲が入って無いですが、全体的にはポップな良いサントラ盤だと思います。
