I've only been taking this for three days but I wanted to share my experience as I keep taking it.
Here are the reasons I wanted to try this:
1. I have already seen the benefits of apple cider vinegar (ACV) and I have taken it in liquid form for years. But recently my schedule has gotten crazier and I'm out of the home more often. This has resulted in not getting my daily dose of ACV. I didn't even know they sold it in capsule form until a friend told me about it. I was thrilled. I can now continue having it in my life, even when I can't use the vinegar itself. I'm especially excited to be able to take it on trips when taking a liquid with you just isn't possible.
2. Because of my lapse in using it, I have noticed the symptoms I used to experience have come back; acid reflux, achy joints, sluggishness in the morning, foggy brain, weight gain. So I was excited to try it and see if I could regain my health and get rid of the cause of these symptoms. I am not interested in taking something just for symptom relief. I want something that works to rid the cause. Those things sometimes take a while to see the benefits because they are healing and not covering.
3. I also was excited to see a combination of the ACV and cayenne. We use cayenne like crazy at our house. It works on and feeds the heart and promotes good circulation so it wakes you up in the morning instead of using a stimulant to force the body to waken. It also helps balance the circulation in the body which I need to help with tingling in arms and legs, especially at night.
So, what have I noticed in three days use? A miracle? No, but instead I have seen what I should be seeing; a gradual change each day toward my goal.
The first day, I didn't notice much. I still had acid coming up my throat. The second day I noticed a little more energy. I finally felt like going out and tackling a physical project which I had been putting off because I didn't feel that well. Day 3 is today and I am excited to report that I felt much less groggy this morning. I think that was because I slept better. I didn't notice myself getting up to turn over due to sore joints as much. I didn't have any tingling in my extremities either; no 'sleeping' hands or toes.
I'm experimenting with what time of the day to take it or if I should take it more than once a day. I'll get back to you on that.
I'm hoping to have more good news to share in the next couple of weeks!

So far I like these!
Ok so I bought this randomly tbh for weight loss purposes. I found a lot of info stating that apple cider vinegar Aids in it. Now I've been taking these pills for several days and obviously thats not very long, but I have noticed a couple things whilst taking them. The most noticeable to me is that my appetite has significantly decreased which is great because I tend to over eat terribly. I have terrible portion control, but with these pills, it seems like I'm able to eat less but feel satiated. Secondly, and I don't know for sure if this is the pills but I think so, and sorry for the tmi, I've been more regular in terms of bathroom use whilst taking these. It's actually really nice! And with that, my stomach bloating has massively decreased. So yeah. I've been drinking lots of water, going on walks daily, eating right and taking these pills. And I gotta say, I am rather pleased so far. I do intend to buy more once this first bottle runs out. I feel good about this product :)
