This set is good quality and performed beyond my expectations. I had to pull this into use to make an ice cream cake. I wasn’t sure if I was asking too much of the product due to the firmness of the ice cream. But the large offset spatula glided like butter over the top ice cream layer and made a smooth top to my ice cream cake. A few cookie crumbles on top and it looked as good as cakes I see in stores!

This latest purchase, a new set of Wilton spatulas, is no exception. I was impressed at how large and hefty the spatulas were and how well they fit my hand. I would recommend this set to anyone who needed some serious tools in their kitchen.

    This is a nice assortment of decorating spatulas. One of the offsets is small for tight places and the other is large enough to cover a large surface. I'm new to decorating so I'm not sure how I will use the straight spatula but I am sure I will - maybe for getting frosting into the piping bag. One spatula I will add to my collection is one that comes to a taper to place an additional color of frosting in a thin line inside the bag.
