    The warranties that come with amazon as they are worth it and they do honor it for everything they include in it. I never or rarely ever buy any electronics without one and I’ve had to use them a few times with no issue at all. Just make sure that if it has to be replaced that you get a new item and not a refurbished one. That’s how a lot of people get you, but I have not had it happen for any of my Amazon products. I always recommend getting the warranty even if it’s only for the minimal time you can get because if you don’t, then you’ll need it. Highly recommend.

    have used SquareTrade in the past with a T.V. purchase through Amazon.It was a 55" LG.After about a year it quit working.After trouble shooting it over the phone they got back to me and said they couldn't get the part I needed in which they would have sent a technician to install it my home.Staying true to their word of replacing it with of equal or greater value they sent me a 65" Sony Bravia for no extra cost which is still an awesome T.V. today.I have purchased there insurance on all my high end electronic purchasesfrom Amazon since.Very satisfied customer.

    I originally bought a 7" Kindle which I love using, but this one is so much better. I use it for everything possible. I bought this 10" because of my poor eyesight. The larger size has made a world of difference. This one is off limits to everyone but me. When I bought this one, I also got an absolutely free case from caseable.com. I was given the opportunity to design it. I did. There was no tax or shipping charge. They meant it when they said free. I love that too.

    This is the second time I have purchased a 2 year protection plan for a Kindle. I had one for my Kindle 8 and it is worth the money. I had to have it replaced. After talking with support and doing the things that they suggested it was completely replaced. All I had to do was send the old one back to them in a postage paid box. Very happy with the purchase.

    I purchased a SquareTrade warranty for a KindleHD10. I paid $35 for three years of coverage for my device the same day I purchased a new kindle. The very first kindle had a battery failure at just a little over a year old. I called SquareTrade and it was a nightmare ride to get the kindle replaced, countless hours of phone calls and emails squandered. The kindle I received from SquareTrade failed just three months after I got it. Amazon replaced the second kindle under the Amazon limited warranty. Now I am on my third kindle in less than 18 months. This third kindle stopped charging just 14months later. I called SquareTrade, thinking this was going to be a no-brainer, easy warranty claim. Wow, was I ever wrong. According to SquareTrade, my serial numbers dont match. When I explained to them how the kindles had been replaced, even offering the Amazon claim numbers, device serial numbers, and Amazon claim ID numbers, they still insisted it wasnt the same device. I was then referred to Amazon support. Needless to say: So far it has been two months of phone calls, online chat, and texting to no avail. I have squandered over 30 working hours attempting to make a claim against the warranty. I have been shunted to dead-end phone numbers, non-existent email links, and played an endless game of round-robin with Amazon and SquareTrade both. They simply refuse to honor the warranty I purchased in good faith. I truly wish I hadnt bought this worthless product in the first place, and I strongly advise you to stay away from these SquareTrade products. They will do nothing but steal your hard earned money. DO NOT BUY THIS!
