No chance of getting it replaced by them. I called and confirmed the possibility and price for inflating these balloons then went for it. SO glad I did! No faulty balloons either! No where could I find leopard balloons these pretty in person. Added a few pink balloons to the bouquet and it was so, so perfect.Highly recommend!!
