These pizza pans are just what I was looking for! The holes on the bottom allow for maximum browning, and when the pizza is cooked, the pies slide right out. While it says they can be washed in the dishwasher, I hand wash them as they also say that this is the preferred method for cleaning. And, since they the pizza slides out so easily, there is hardly, if any, real clean up to do. Some hints:
*I pre-cook my dough before adding toppings. This lets the bottom get a head-start on cooking before you add the moisture of the toppings, and I find it also lets the edges get a nice crisp, too. (I build up the edges just a bit.)
*While I initially cook the pizzas in the pans in the oven, I save leftovers and reheat in the air crisper. (I do this without the pan.) The air crisper brings the pizzas back to life in the best way!
