    Love this DVD. I live in Seattle and have taken classes with Sami. I can honestly say this dvd is like you are right there with her in the studio. The older pb dvds were just ok. I absolutely love the new series!

    This workout is challenging and your body would be probably shaking at the end of the workout. This dvd is around 64 minutes and it will work your entire body including the cool down and the instructor is pleasant.
