Unfortunately my Better Binder came very used and damaged. Amazon was amazing as always and refunded me but the product was not inspected for damage before shipped :(. I have another Better Binder that I love so undamaged the product is great!

    I have purchase so many regular 3-ring binders over the years and with much use the front seam to the middle binding part tends to tear. With the knowledge of needing a manual for each office desk, I moved to these and so far, they've been great! I love that there are numerous colors to choose from. I have yet to notice any problems, breakdowns, etc. I'm very happy with my purchase and so far have 3 to work with.

The replacement was supposed to be sent within a couple days, however, the arrival date has been pushed back several times. I am still waiting for the replacement to be sent so I can check to see it is okay before I return the damaged one.
