My dad grew up in the South, so you know he doesn’t mess around with biscuits. We tried many inferior flours and found disappointing results. Finally, after lots of research, we found the answer - super soft lily white flour. I’ve never made a bad batch of biscuits with this flour, and the recipes on the bag are foolproof. Will admit the price isn’t ideal but as we only use it for biscuits, it took us well over a year to use 2 bags.
