    So disappointed. I purchased this book to help write and support my evidence for my senior nursing BSN research paper and pages 391-438 missing!! I’ve not needed the book until now in the semester very disappointed. Also I feel like this book was removed from a NICU unit and sold without permission. I’d like a refund !!!       I am studying for my NICU RNC and was told this book was best to use to study for the test. The content is in an outline format and simplified. It is broken down into chapters By systems and different managements, like "electrolyte management", "glucose management", etc. as well as chapters on transport, pharmacology, etc. I am about 1/3 of the way through and for the most part find it to be good studying material. The physical assessment chapter was the hardest to get through but the rest have been informative and interesting. I would recommend this book.

It's very detailed and organized in an outline style format. Because of that, it can be tedious to read. I used it in conjunction with Merenstein & Gardner's Handbook of Neonatal Intensive Care, 8e to prepare for my RNC exam. They complement each other nicely.
