Such a beautiful frame! Very high-quality and exactly as advertised. Packaged with care and not a scratch on it. It comes with a piece of cardboard between the glass and the backing, allowing for a tight fit. I don't know if it's meant to stay there, but I removed it just to see if everything would stay put buuut it fell out, glass and all. Luckily I was sitting on my bed. So. Highly suggest keeping it in the frame. Not a big deal to me.

This frame is made well. It is really pretty and I am disappointed to return it. The hinge is looseand the frame does not close for storage. Packaged well but for the price I think it could be made better. Definitely pretty and reasonably sturdy.

I haven’t had any issues with this product…. Keep the card stock and cardboard that comes with it behind your photo (to prevent it from falling out and keep secure). I’ve purchased 3 of these frames and no issues from any of them. Highly recommend!
