My 2yr old son LOVES this and the words are easy to understand and repeat, which is a good help for a two yr old who is still learning to build vocabulary.
My baby loves it. Very easy for little ones to play with. Larry pops up on the screen and when you touch the screen where Larry is he makes his noises and flys to another screen. That's basically it. I wish it had a little more to it, but it's definitely entertaining for infants and toddlers.
This is a great app for my 1 year old grandson. He loves to watch the show on BabyFirst and when I got the app on my Kindle, he knew right away what to do with it! It is repetitive but that is okay for his age. It keeps him engaged to be able to touch the screen and see the changes.
I bought pretty much all the Baby First apps (some I bought wouldn't allow me to post a comment?) since my 18 month old "Apple of my eye" granddaughter loves Larry and Peekaboo etc. , but the apps crash so much! Seriously, I am forced to reboot my new Kindle fire HDX almost every time she plays a paid BF app , which is SAD. The apps aren't toddler friendly in that it's WAY too easy to get to an advertisement screen, every few minutes I have to rescue her from the unwelcome ads that she can't easily exit on her own. The arrows to turn the page are at the place she holds the Kindle, so I bought a special Eddie Bauer tablet holder which is worth its weight in gold! This brief, free app is just Larry squeaking and flying from scene to scene upon command from baby tapping, no words , but baby likes it. I am aggravated about the ads, but the constant crashing is just failure of quality control. I expected so much better, my baby is worth it. So is yours.
My Granddaughter is only 4 months old and laughs at the screen as Larry does his crazy moves. She stops begin upset when she hears Larry. Her favorite friend on Baby First! Thanks for the app now I can take him with us when we go anywhere.
