Product description
The application allows you to recognize the stars in the sky.
Often the brightest stars are visible in the evening, but it is difficult to guess to what constellation they belong - Lyra, Cygnus, or Eagle. Or maybe it's Venus, Mars or Jupiter?
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Terrible .not what I wanted at all.I wanted it to move with your body.and u had to move it with your finger.so I had no clue where the stars were at .don't get.👎
Incredible app. I used it at a star party for my daughter's high school and was surprised that many hadn't seen it before. So easy to use and helped me find a bunch of nebulae, galaxies, and planets.
With all the technology out there, I expected more than a star chart, and not a very good one at that. As far as I can tell, there's no way to index time and date. Details don't exist. Zooming in acts to make a small red dot into a slightly larger red dot... no labels, no info, no coordinates, nothing useful when trying to actually find a star. That is the title of this app, right? More or less, this is a paper star chart without the paper. There's much better to be had, even for free... try SkEye.
Its quite a small download at 8 mb . its needs location information . the name is messed up though , it says ru.astro
It shows you the starmap at a particular position. you have a list of cities conveniently to choose or you can add your position from a menu! 3D function , was not useful for me :( ...
This sight does show you the night sky and the constellation. But it does not have a location or time of the month facing south you will see this facility, so it defeats the reason why you want it in the first to see from where you are standing what you should be seeing.
Not a patch on Stellarium (for which you now are charged), really difficult to determine how to use, not remotely intuitive and who on earth (pun intended) decided on the default location settings (even London doesn't appear as an option.....?).
