- Reviewed in the United States on September 2, 2017this is a comprehensive textbook that provides a well-written overview followed by detailed examinations of each of the major components of this subject. It includes case studies and real world examples that bring the main points into focus.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 5, 2019There was no issue with the item. I used the item for my university studies.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 20, 2019Very dull textbook without key concepts or highlighted vocabulary. Also, book arrived with previous renter's pencil underlines and the spine of the book is detached from the pages.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 18, 2021Very good book to read.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 31, 2015Well, I HAD to rent this book for class. I was able to turn in my assignments without reading much of it. There is a lot of information but I'm not sure it is all needed. The book is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! The font is very small, making for a very dense book! Not a huge fan at all. Thank goodness our instructor made written lectures available of the information. Don't know if I would have been able to get through the class without those notes.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2015Bought this for my Masters class. Seems pretty in depth, I haven't made it far but it reads easily and not too much jargon
- Reviewed in the United States on October 14, 2019I liked it
- Reviewed in the United States on January 9, 2022Book is already falling apart. Very disappointed I need this for class now and don’t have time to wait for a replacement
