Worked perfect for Plant Based Milk Making!
I've been making homemade soy milk for a few years and I've tried many different apparatus to strain the pulp from the ground beans, this strainer system is by far the best solution. I can pour the entire 1500 ml of soymilk into the strainer all at once and just let it drain! I don't have to press it. I don't want to press it because I want the little bit of moisture left in pulp for I use the pulp for making veggie burgers and pancakes and other baked goods. I haven't tried this strainer for the nut milks I make but I'm certain they will work out just as well. I'm so totally thrilled to have this strainer system, it is saving me so much extra work that I can now spend on other homestead tasks instead.

Great two-part strainer for honey. The top part of the strainer is a coarse mesh that catches the large particles before the honey (or other liquid) flows into the much finer mesh in the second level. The top part of the strainer is removable. For cleaning I set the strainer on the ground in front of my beehives, they cleaned up within 12 hours and no additional clean up work on my part was required.
Sturdy Strainer for Honey or other Viscous Liquids

I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the extension rods were pretty wobbly. It doesn't appear to have had a negative impact on real world use, but it is something to be careful about if you're using this over something wider than a 5 gallon bucket. I would definitely recommend this strainer and would buy it again.
