Shipping was fast and the package arrived intact. However, the product was broken and missing the connector on the end with the wires exposed. It looks and feels like it was used already (there is a burn mark where the igniter is cracked) and then someone just ripped it right out of their dryer.

    UPDATE 6/23/17:
    Lasted about 10 months.
    Had to purchase another one since the previous one just broke. I'm not sure why it failed but there wasn't a white spot on the coil like it usually has when the coil fails. It just broke a chunk of the coil right off. I still believe this is worth it since I'd rather repair it for $20 and have it run for another year than buying a new dryer for $300. And I can do the repair in less than 15 min. Will see how long this one lasts. Will be checking the dryer lint tube and vent on outside of house to make sure exhaust air is flowing properly outside and not causing the element to overheat itself.

    So far the part has been great. I've had to replace this part 3 times now in the last few years but even with overnight shipping was still only 25% of the cost of a parts store in the area. And now that I know what I'm doing it only takes about 10 min to replace.
