Honeydew is my favorite milk tea flavor and I was so excited to try this out since I don't frequent tea bars that often and it gets expensive nowadays.
The weekend is here and I can finally try this out. After I cut the bag open, the aroma that leaked out was heaven. I actually stuck my nose into the bag and took a good whiff of the stuff, haha. It has a lovely, sweet, fruity smell that's very addicting.
Time to put it to the test so I pulled out my blender that I use to make iced beverages like frappucinos. I added a random amount of 2% fat milk and four heaping tablespoons of honeydew powder and about twelve ice cubes. It had trouble blending due to me putting too much ice so I added more milk. After it was thoroughly blended, it was approximately two and a half cups or so. I tasted it and the flavor was there but the sugar wasn't so I added two more heaping tablespoons of honeydew powder, blended and tasted. It was still low on sugar so I just added two tablespoons of sugar, blended it again and by now it was pretty nice and smooth. I tasted it this time and it was perfect.
I'd say, don't waste too much powder if the honeydew flavor is already present, just add sugar to it. In total, I used six heaping tablespoons and two tablespoons of sugar to make about two and a half cups. I started drinking my first cup while writing this review and I am literally done with it and am tempted to go for the rest that I placed in the freezer.
That is how good this stuff is, it tastes exactly like what you buy at the tea bar. Even better because you can make it yourself with this bag of powder and save yourself some money. It's super easy to make and I highly recommend this stuff, flavor and smell is spot on. I would definitely be buying this again.

Tastes just like the stuff at the mall!
When Covid-19 shut down the mall, and with it my favorite bubble tea shop, I decided I was going to learn to make my favorite drinks at home. I never would have guessed it would be this easy!!! I use 6-8 ice cubes, milk or milk substitute, and 1/4 to 1/3 C powder. Blend and enjoy! It’s really that easy! I add boba to mine as well. It tastes just like the stuff at the mall for a fraction of the price!
