This umbrella cover was purchased to protect my 9’ outdoor umbrella from the elements when not in use. I was a little hesitant at first to make the purchase due to many reviews indicating difficulty with placement of the cover over umbrella without a zipper. I found this not to be a problem as I addressed the issue by using a 6’ piece of pvc tubing to lift the cover over the umbrella while covering it . The lack of the zipper definitely adds strength to the covers fabric, and the cover fits like a glove over my 9’ umbrella. The pvc pole I used would cost less than $5 at any of the big box home improvement stores. The cover is surely worth the price and I intend to purchase an additional one before they go out of stock. It’s a great item at a very reasonable price. If you need one , this is the one to buy !

    Personally I cannot imagine anyone needing (or expecting) anything more from an umbrella cover; this does everything it needs to do and at a great price. This is very good value for money and very well made. It fits a 10 feet diameter market umbrella snugly. It would be a little long for a smaller umbrella but that's not a problem. You will have to figure out the best way to get it over top of the umbrella but that's not the fault of the cover. Personally I am glad that there is not a zipper along one side as that would seem to be a potential weak spot in the future.5 stars at least for this one.

We have had some severe wind storms so far this winter and all of the covers have stayed snugly in place! Buy with confidence! :)
