    This is a great app!
    I am watching all sorts of old films and enjoying them immensely,
    There are several listings for different genres and they are further divided into two categories one for the free version (just fine thank you) and one for the pro (paid).
    There are plenty of choices and whilst not all will play MOST will and are really interesting to watch as an era gone by plus save from ordinary tv which can be tedious.
    I find it restful to watch in bed as my kindle sits well and gives me a film screen on landscape to enjoy hands free.
    Brightness and sound is adjustable. It also works well with headphones, in fact, the sound is louder and so needs to be lowered in the dark. I love it when I do wake during the night and am able to enjoy myself without bothering my other half.
    This is a real find and I think well worth having in the apps collections.

    I was surprised but I quite like this. The app opens up an organized list of sections (Movies, TV Shows, TV Serials, Cartoons, etc), you click on a category to display the contents of each. The stuff here is old (so it's not for everyone) but I find it engaging. I'm also surprised by how much I enjoy the acting. It just seems so much more refined and honest than what I find in today's media.

    If you like older films and TV - even B-quality stuff/plots - you're going to enjoy this app tremendously. I'm satisfied with the free stuff available but the (paid) Pro version gives you more content.

    Here's one feature I really like!.. Instead of trying to stream videos via a built-in and hampered player, it will try and run your external video player. In my case, it's MX Player (the best video player for Android/FireOS). Love streaming through a player with so many options!

    I love getting access to so many classic TV shows and movies on my Kindle Fire....(like I Love Lucy). The only problem is the interface: I can't see any description for each video so I have to start watching it to figure out what it is...I am sure I would use it more if I could search for content or even see a description for each video....if that problem gets solved, I would definitely rate it higher...it would also be a big improvement if you could resume a video you were in the middle of rather than having to search for it again...The streaming is great (except the browser Amazon
    makes you use as a default - Silk - is crappy...if anyone knows how to get Firefox on a Kindle Fire please please let me know)

    Well this is a nice app if you like movies from the 1940's to the 1970's but it doesn't say that in the description! Don't get me wrong I enjoy classics (I love Lucy etc.) but I was expecting newer movies also or even more! So when I first opened the app I realized this and deleted it! It may play well but they need to either mention that their movies and shows are from the 1940's to the 1970's or get newer movies on this app! Good thing this was free! (but classics are good sometimes!) :-)

    I am extremely happy with this app, I am serving overseas, and only have wifi access at internet cafes. I discovered that much of the movies available in the USA are blocked from overseas countries. So far, I have had no problem with the available content from this app, and it is not blocked.
    Blocking content , is just another form of censorship, but little can be done on this side of the pond about it.
    Fortunately, I enjoy the old tv/movie content, and also, because it is content where entertainment didn't have the extremes of sex and violence that passes for entertainment today.
    Also, it's a great way to see the contrast in how things have changed in the America I once grew up in...Whether you think it is good or bad, you judge for yourself. Enjoy it.

    The bad news - Presents a fixed, limited and unsearchable list of movies, most circa 1950 and older. Few contemporary movies and those that are listed are not exactly block-busters. 1937, Laurel & Hardy, really? "The Brain From Space"... not your average George Lucas / Steve Spielberg spell binder.

    I've found more and better titles at my local library - free. Looking for a limited list of ancient B-grade productions? This is your app. Uninstalling and the search continues.

    Very interesting and fairly good. The only problem I have found on my Kindle is that the program will stop periodically and say that it cannot stream it. Then I have to reload it and start over or remember where I was and start it from there. Not all programs do this but many do and the longer they are the more frequent this happens. I have enjoyed greatly the Bugs Bunny cartoons however. The old movies are great. All in all it is good to go.

    Wary of downloading another 'free!' Streaming app for old tv, radio and film, I was very happy with this. And, it isn't all black and white from the 1940s etc, some of the films, for example, are 1980s or so, ie, the excellent 'Escape from Sobibor'. Even if you only watch / listen to the free media, this is well worth the download.

    C'est un plaisir de retrouver des films en noir et blanc, certains presque oubliés, où jouaient Kirk Douglas, Cary Grant, Basil Rathbone (jeunes alors) et tant d'autres... Le choix est relativement large entre drames, comédies, films d'horreur, séries (anciennes elles aussi), etc. Cependant, il est bon de comprendre l'anglais, car là, aucun sous-titre (sauf et en anglais, bien sûr, pour les quelques films muets).
    C'est pour cette raison que je n'ai pas choisi la cinquième étoile, car quelques films en français (anciens eux aussi) seraient les bienvenus. Cela viendra peut-être...
