UPDATE: We are still loving using this as a daily medical log for my elderly Mom. Been using it for years! Her Doctor's visits are a breeze. We just take this with us to her Dr's appointments and her doctor loves how easily she can flip through and review everything so quickly. These notebooks are so incredibly helpful for us to track things at home.

Both my elderly Mom and her doctor's office love this notebook! My Mom has been using this particular notebook daily for a couple of years to record her vitals such as blood pressure, blood sugar, pills taken, and everything she eats daily in the Note section, plus how she was feeling that day. It helps everybody in our household remember and track, and makes things so easy for her doctor to go over and review quickly during doctor visits. We like the size and layout of this one. Not too big and not too small. We have stored 15 of these notebooks so far and it isn't a big space burden. (You will receive 12 notebooks per order)
